Assessment & pre-treatment

Before any washing begins, we carry out a full on-site assessment of the area. This includes checking drainage points and clearing any blocked drains or grates that could cause water pooling or runoff issues during the clean. We also inspect the surface for cracks, loose pavers, or existing damage, and flag anything that could affect the wash or worsen with high-pressure cleaning. Where staining is deeply set — oil marks, moss, algae, and built-up leaf and dirt residue — we apply a pre-treatment to break down grime before washing begins.

High-PSI pressure wash service

Using commercial-grade high-PSI equipment, we clean driveways, paths, and other concreted surfaces thoroughly and evenly. For large, flat areas, we use a dedicated surface cleaner that spins multiple jets in a controlled, even pattern across the concrete — lifting embedded dirt without the streaking or tiger stripes that come from freehand washing. For tighter spots, edges, expansion joints, and stubborn localised staining, we switch to a turbo nozzle for deeper penetration exactly where it's needed.

Post-treatment protection

Once the surface is clean, we apply a post-treatment designed to slow the return of moss, algae, and organic staining. Rather than washing off immediately, the treatment is absorbed into the concrete's pores and begins breaking down any remaining organic spores over the following hours. This gives it a head start on preventing regrowth, rather than just cleaning what's already there.

• Avoid walking or driving on the treated surface for the first couple of hours
• Shaded, damp areas will show regrowth faster than open, sunny areas — this is normal
• Light discolouration during breakdown is expected and fades as the treatment degrades
• For ongoing protection, we recommend reapplying every 6 months
